PIPER GOURLEY is a senior at the North East School of the Arts in San Antonio, TX, majoring in Creative Writing. She has been published in the Young Pegasus Poetry Anthology two times, has won a Gold Key in the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, and has had an article published in the online magazine Thought Catalog. She most enjoys writing, performing and creating short films for poetry in the form of spoken word, and is working on completing two novels, a YA fiction book and a memoir. She will be attending University of Houston in the fall.
