Darius Atefat-Peckham — Co-editor in Chief & Audio/Interview Editor

Darius Atefat-Peckham is an Iranian-American poet and essayist. His work has appeared in Texas Review, Nimrod, Brevity, Crab Orchard Review, and elsewhere. In 2018, Atefat-Peckham was selected by the Library of Congress as a National Student Poet, the nation’s highest honor presented to youth poets writing original work. Atefat-Peckham lives in Huntington, West Virginia, and will be attending Harvard College in the fall. 

Sophie Paquette — Co-editor in Chief, Lead Scripts/Screenplays Editor, & Lead Visual Arts Editor

Sophie Paquette is a from Bloomington, Indiana. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in Split Lip, Permafrost, Black Warrior Review, Heavy Feather Review, Cosmonauts Avenue, The Offing, and others. She will attend Columbia University in the fall.

Poppy Rose — Lead Nonfiction Editor

Poppy Rosales is a junior creative writer at Interlochen Arts Academy from Lincoln Park, Michigan.

Yanna Cassell — Lead Poetry Editor

Yanna Cassell is from Greenville, North Carolina. She is the recipient of a Silver Key for senior portfolio, two Gold Keys for poetry, and a Gold Key for personal essay in the Scholastic Art & Writing awards, as well as an Honorable Mention in the Nancy Thorp Poetry Contest. Her poetry has appeared in the Red Wheelbarrow and the Interlochen Review. Yanna will attend Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts this fall.

Cookie Dutch — Lead Hybrid Editor

Cookie Dutch is a junior at Interlochen Arts Academy. He has moved around a lot, but currently lives in Dallas, Texas. His work has appeared in the Interlochen Review and Quarterly West.

Miracle Thornton — Co-Lead Fiction Editor

Miracle Thornton is from Franklinville, New Jersey. Her work has appeared in DREGINALD, the Interlochen Review, and UpNorth Lit. She’s received an Honorable Mention from the YoungArts Foundation, gold and silver keys from the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, and was a nominee for the American Voices & Visions award.

Ash Freeman — Co-Lead Fiction Editor

Ash Freeman is from Miami, Florida. She is the winner of silver and gold keys in the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards and was a nominee for the American Voices & Visions award. Her work has appeared in Penn State's 2018 Lake Effect National High School Poetry Competition, Fancy Vol. 1, and the Red Wheelbarrow. She will attend Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, New York this fall.

Raleigh Walter — Poetry Editor

Raleigh Walter is a junior at Interlochen Arts Academy. She has been published in the Red Wheelbarrow. She has received a gold key for poetry and a silver key for fiction in the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. She draws inspiration from nature and from her connections within her own family. She is currently interested in floriography, the language of flowers. She also enjoys writing fiction and screenwriting.

Sylvanna Vitali — Poetry Editor

Sylvanna Vitali is from Miami, Florida. She is currently a sophomore at Interlochen Arts Academy. She is an unpublished lover of bunnies.

Bianca Layog — Fiction Editor

Bianca Layog is a sophomore at Interlochen Arts Academy. Her work has been nationally recognized by the Scholastic Arts & Writing awards. She’s from Manila, Philippines, but really likes winter hats, especially the ones with floof-bobbles on the top. She hopes that you are having a wonderful day.

Lane Devers — Nonfiction Editor

Lane Devers is a sophomore from Carbondale, Colorado. His work has been nationally recognized by the Scholastic Arts & Writing awards. He was named a 2019 YoungArts finalist in Creative Nonfiction and has recent work forthcoming in places like Brevity and Diagram.
